Role-models in ISA

The Ghent ISA-project was the first trial where test-drivers were chosen in the function of role-models. These drivers as role-models were chosen because they could have some influence on the general public, decision and opinion makers. In our opinion these drivers can have an important role in the creation of a carrying capacity of ISA. These "role-drivers" in Ghent have a higher function at the council of Ghent, institution or company. The mayor and two aldermen of Ghent, rector and vice-rector of the Ghent University, and the general manager of Volvocars Ghent are driving with the active accelerator pedal.
